Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting your privacy. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to assist you in understanding the type of personal information we may collect from you, how such information may be used, the choices that are available to you concerning the use of your information and your ability to correct or modify the information you have provided us.

We do store contact information including company name, contact information, and shipping address. To protect your privacy, we do not share this information with anyone else. We do not retain or store your payment information, such as credit card numbers, banking information, and/or any information regarding personal identification information.

Shipping Policy

Shipping: For standard orders our goal is to ship within 48 hours.  We offer shipping services to the contiguous 48 states.  For an additional charge we can also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. Please inquire about expedited delivery at time of order. Credit cards will be billed at the time the order is placed online.  Order is shipped most economical method by truck,UPS, Fedex, Spee-Dee or Parcel Post. Due to our current system, we do not provide shipping confirmation, tracking information, and/or shipment updating.

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.  Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Customer also pays the return shipping or freight costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If we receive an email prior to the refund, we’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
